自動(dòng)實(shí)罐裝籠機(jī)本機(jī)型主要應(yīng)用于對(duì)各種馬口鐵飲料罐、各種罐頭及二次滅菌的塑料瓶飲料等在殺菌前進(jìn)行自動(dòng)裝籠作業(yè)，通過網(wǎng)式輸送機(jī)(網(wǎng)鏈?zhǔn)展奁脚_(tái))自動(dòng)收罐排列,利用特有的分罐裝置將完成灌裝封口后的實(shí)罐進(jìn)行分罐整列,再由下而上一層一層自動(dòng)裝迭于殺菌籠(籃)里，再通過電動(dòng)臺(tái)車和籠車軌道傳送至殺菌鍋進(jìn)行殺菌，整個(gè)裝籠過程隔層板自動(dòng)釋出、自動(dòng)上升，自動(dòng)分罐、裝罐，自動(dòng)下降、滿籠自動(dòng)停止裝罐，取代人工裝罐方式，節(jié)省人力,大大提高生產(chǎn)效率。

動(dòng)力參數(shù)：3x380V 7.7kW。Automatic Filled Can Cage Loading Machine This machine mainly applies to the cage loading prior to sterilization for various tinplate drink cans, tin cans and secondary sterilized plastic drink bottles, which works automatically to collect the cans and make them in line with the help of Mesh Belt Conveyor (Mesh Can Collector), next arrange the cans in order with specific can separation devices, and then automatically load the cans into the sterilizing cage (basket) in the top-down sequence from one layer to another, finally convey the cans to the sterilizer along the cage track for sterilization with the help of electric trolley. During the whole caging process, the separation pad is under automatic control, e.g. automatic releasing and uplifting, automatic separating and caging and descending, besides, the can loading is automatically stopped after the cage is full.
